I am trying to verify what version of direct x I currently have.. Is there a way to do this. Also, is there a way to download direct x10.1 for vista ultimate 64bit? This may be a dumb question but I'm not sure on this one :/

Start>Run>dxdiag

That will give you all the info you need on DX. I dont even think DX10.1 is out yet. If it is it would be available right thru Windows Update.
