Data recovery software for windows vista?

What's the best recovery software for windows vista? Cost doesn't matter to me. I just want to recover something I deleted from 3 days ago.

Well here is a question. HAve you wrote any new information to the drive since then? If so then your chances of recovering that file are slim to none.
