Do you know of any software that can film real time monitor images off the computer. I've seen some tutorials on graphic design where you could 'see' his what he is seeing in real-time, without the use of a video recorder pointing towards the screen. He could also zoom into the area he wanted to show - maybe he just cropped it though.
