Converting File to VCD Format
Guys
I created a short clip using Wndows movie maker. Now I want to convert it to VCD format..
What software should I use?

Get the Nero plugin that encodes the file to MPEG so you can make a VCD/SVCD.

All my Nero OEMs came with VCD encoders. I could burn VCDs out of the box basically, the only thing I needed a plug in for was the DVD authoring.
