Default completely rebooting my comp

i have the O.S. for my comp but how do i completely reeboot it to use the disks?

i just want to completely scratch my comp and put the O.S. back onto it like it was brand new

uhh yea..i think thats it. wht do u mean by format though? and i backed up all my files i need on some flash drives.

Format means to erase whatever is on the hard drive. Reinstall refers to the installation to of the O/S
