Well hellow everyone

I was wondering if there was a way to change the apearance of the skins in windows (task bar, window bars etc) without having to buy those crappy, expensive, spyware full programs out there. Can it be done manually or does anyone know of a good tutorial out there?

Alot of skins are hard to remove once they are installed, usually you will have to format the computer...

WindowBlinds..you have to pay for it, its not spyware and the skins are easy to remove.
