I was bored and I was reading a little and saw in xp home you can change user account passwords in command prompt, can that be done in pro or vista does anyone know the command was

" net user "user name" password* "password you want to use"

anyone ever done that before? When I do it, it tells me it was succesfull, but when I try to log in with that password it dosent work

Works for me

To change a user's password at the command prompt, log on as an administrator and type:

net user danielp * /domainornet user danielp 123456 /domain
