It turns out some of the iTunes songs are DRM free...some are not.

Well the ones that are you can do what you want with. The ones that are not you will have to find DRM free ones to use. But it can be argued that you already paid for them so that stripping the DRM from them isnt illegal....

But i cant say. DRM is there for a reason. :rolleyes:

Quite frankly, if you buy the song in my opinion, you ought to be able to do whatever with that song (within reason)... I may just have my mom send me a list of songs...which I will acquire and burn to a cd for her. Normally I would opt for this option, but I am moving away so this will be slightly harder.
