Default CD Drive

OK I tried to partition my hard drive for Linux, and now one of my CD drives doesn't work. I think it's something to do with the letter assigend to the drive. I used PartitionMagic, and after it had finished it's stuff it said that it would search for drive letter assignments or something. Anyway I have no idea what to do, any help would be appreciated.

What doesn't work? Does it spin? Does it display in my computer? Is it detected by ur BIOS?

I think u mean it ran drivemapper after rebooting. Did u cancel it?
