yup its admin account, turned off all antivirus and still doenst work i think it might be a reg key prob i read on the microsoft support, but not sure how to change it
do you have the OS installed on another computer? i had that problem and i found out that i had the OS installed on two computers. i downloaded the sp2 to my desktop, extracted the files, burned it to a cd, and then updated through the cd.
Use Autopatcher. Google it. Installs everything from SP2 up to the current updates.
