Default cant install windows

Well the prob is that it doesent seem to boot from CDROM. I set as first boot device the CDROM, i restart and the only thing that shows to me is "A bootable CDROM was found." and it continious without entering the windows install. I have tried many cds, i get the same thing.
Some info:

motherboard: Gigabyte 8GPNXP Duo
HDD: 3 wd (one of them is raptor)

I want to install windows to raptor and let the other 2 as slaves.

2 HDD are SATA and the other one is IDE (current master)

Thanks.

is the CD-ROM set as master?

Are you trying to boot off a DVD on a CD-ROM drive?
