do the network id wizard and add yourself to the computer or another user and try to login

download it. I made it. You needed to make a Dword value. Open Winzip extract it then double click it, click yes to install it and then ok and reboot and see what happens. Navigate to the key to see if its there also

Nevermind, I still get the delayed logon when I do a normal startup.
