Can't get into normal windows mode

I dont have a clue what's wrong here. When I turn on my computer, my user name takes a very long time to appear at the logon screen. Then I click my name to logon, but I get a message saying "the system cannot log you on now because the domain GEORGE-AKSSK3W48 was not found.

Is there anything I can do about this? I am in safe mode right now and I don't know what to do. I really can't afford to reformat.

There is and has always been one account to log into. What good would it do if I could log into a different account, assuming I made another account here in safe mode?

I was never on a domain which is the most puzzling part of this whole thing.

get into safemode with networking, right click on my computer, click manage, then go to user and delete the user(s) and then add yourself. Then click on my computer again, go to properties, then go to computer name, then change, and change the workgroup name if you can. reboot
