Default Can't delete a folder

Im trying to delete a folder off my one external drive ( usb 2.0 ) It will not allow me. It comes up with an error that it wont allow because of an I/O device error. Anyone know what could be wrong? thanks



edit. I restarted the computer and turned the drive on and off also and same deal

assuming c drive has the problem

You could get this program called Unlocker. With it you can delete any file. I have not found something yet that I couldn't delete with it. It is free, just search for it on google.
