I downloaded this file off of lime wire and there is no delete option when i right click on it and i cant move it into any other folder please help me

try deleting it through the command line interface (start > run > cmd)

commands:
del *file location here EX: c:\blah\blah.jpg*

if that fails try booting into safe mode and deleting it from there.
