Default Calendar software

Does anyone know of a calendar software that we can download for work, were looking for something for Windows XP Pro similar to the ical on the mac where we can share the data between 4 computers on a small office network and organise what staff are doing, on the ical we can set all the 7 staff as different colours and then when you can easily see what people are doing what on a day as they are colour coded. Ive tried searching the net but everything seems either way too advanced and expensive for what we need or only good for setting up one user

Calendar Project - Home of Lightning and Sunbird®

I am sure that this or the built in Calendar with Outlook from the Office Suite can do it.

I have used Sunbird and liked it a lot. It did remind me a lot of iCal. You could always buy a Mac but that would be treason! Just kidding.
