In outlook 2007 the lists eg the inbox don't scroll smoothly. I click and hold the slider and pull it down but nothing happens until I release the slider. This is in contrast to for example the reading pane where I click and hold the slider, pull it down and the view scrolls with it. The mouse wheel works fine in both. Does anybody know a solution/workaround for this? Anybody else getting or not getting this?

Have you tried to repair Outlook?

I agree repair, if that doesn't work reinstall. I have 07 on my computer at home and a ton of them at work and never had that issue. Maybe just a bad install.
