BSOD, is this a ram issue?

these were the codes given on the bsod

Any help would be appreciated please.

Try reseating your RAM. Try one at a time and see if the BSOD will go away. If it does, try another stick and if it pops up again with a different stick, then you know you have a bad piece of RAM.
