Default BSOD Problem..

I got a virus form some files i downloaded.

I ran spybot search and destroy, ad aware, and malwarebytes. It seemed to take care of it mostly, but after one restart, I got the blue screen, and now I can only use safe mode.

I tried RegCure because it said it was a really good program to get rid of blue screen, it deleted over a thousand "problems" I had, but not blue screen.

Here's what the screen basically says,

"Check to see if there's adequate disk space. If driver is identified, disable driver or check for updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with hardware vendor for BIOS updates, Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

Tech Info:
***STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000006, 0x806B0111, 0xF789E6E4, 0xF789E3E0)"

Ive tried running some programs again, but all I can do is Safe mode.

I also tried uninstalling my video drivers, and installing it again, but to no prevail.

I also just found out today that my audio isn't working, it's like I don't have drives for it or something, I can't go into any audio things or change them.

And this all just happened yesterday.

How to troubleshoot a Stop 0x0000007E error in Windows XP

Audio drivers dont load in safe mode. That is why you dont have sound. That link will show you how to diagnose and try and fix the error.

I dunno if it's safe mode, a virus thing still hanging around or what, but some pages just aren't loading. And that link is one of them, I can't see anything, it says Page Load Error. Like if I didn't have an internet connection.

Yeah I tried going to microsoft.com and I could, but then when it tried taking me to support.microsoft.com I would get a Page Load Error.

Are you booting into Safe Mode or normal mode? If it is safe mode are you using the Safe Mode with Networking?

Yeah it's safe mode with networking. I can go to alot of sites, and Im using Trillian (aim/msn thing) fine, but some sites it doesn't let me go to.

Also like if I search stuff on google, the links dont take me to the site, they take me to other search sites, like those links on the side of google search results.

Well that link is a Microsoft site. So i would say that you are pretty infected if you cant go to those sites and you have a browser hijack. Go thru our guide.
