Default Bit Torrent people, check this out

I was looking for the commands for bit torrent when i came across this.. It basically lets you cap the upload per download. I have 3 downloads each capped at 13kb/sec leaving me more than 10kb/sec for myself so i can still surf the web and whatnot without delays... works great for me!

http://ei.kefro.st/projects/btclient/

It goes with the bit torrent client (bit conjurer) so as long as that's installed it should work

You can also use DU Super Controler to cap upstream/ down for any application including IE, DC++, and any other file sharing app.

download.com has plenty of file converters of all kinds. Just browse around. I can't reccomend any, because I haven't tried any yet.
