Default Bios set before reformat or Reinstall

I looked around a bit on the forums but couldn't find any information on what I wanted to find out, so I'll ask instead. I want to wipe my hard drive and reinstall XP Pro, I put the disk in the cd-rom, and as it starts up it goes through the general routine in installing drives, and promps me to

1) Reinstall windows.
2) Repair
3) I can't remember what the third one was.

I select Reinstall windows but then lets me know it cannot detect my hard drive.

Went into bio's and as my Primary Slave is my Cd-rom, I'm not sure what to do in this situation. Tried autodect in Bio's but nothing is detected.

You need to install SATA drivers from a floppy disk. They will be located on your motherboard CD or from the website.
