Default Best Backup Software

What is the best back up software? I want to just copy all of the files off of my computer onto a hard drive, but still so they have a directory structure so I can cruise my files and copy them out as needed.

I found Retrsopect Backup by Dantaz and it did what I needed great. I got Backup2000, but I didnt relly like it. I will try Second Backup and NIT Backup though, thanks.
