Automatic Update Problem

Hi all, I've got an update that wont install.
Is there a way to delete the automatic update file?

Hey marc well you could try tell us if you get a error or something

use this to completely remove adobe flash, then just reinstall.

No Ian i get no errors,
Just get a screen saying:
Updates were unable to be successfully installed
The following updates were not installed:
Security Update for Flash Player (KB923789)

Ill try uninstalling it then reinstalling it
