Is there any program that I can use to copy what is on my existing harddrive to a blank new harddrive? So that after the process I can just swap the harddrive and it will be the exact same thing on both but one would have a bigger partition because its bigger.

You can search google for hard drive cloning software. A lot of different programs come up, you could look at them.

Freeware downloads System Utilities - Disk Tools at SnapFiles.com the first one on the list is a free clone utility, norton you have to pay for.

hiren's boot cd 9.0. it has many tools. I use drive image

ok so both my hdds are plugged in. When I go to my computer it sees them both, one is C and the blank one is E. When I go to clone disk on Acronis it sais I only have one drive? Do I have to format it or something?

Also - My current HDD is 160gb and the partition is like.. 150gb or something. My blank HDD is 320GB and I don't want it to just make a 150GB partition on the blank one, I want it to make the max size it can but still have all the stuff on it.
