Another Vista BUG: Won't let me create New Folders
Just like that: Can't right click in an explorer windows to create new folder, Can't create new folder from the toolbar menu. This happen to anybody else?

This is not a Vista bug. This is a system specific bug to your system only. As i can create a new folder and right click everywhere.
