|  Adobe Acrobat 9 on Vista Keeps Re-installing
Problem with Adobe Acrobat 9 for CS3 on Vista. It is re-installing at the Start Up and then every time I do some basic stuff (delete a file, move a file, right click, etc.) Adobe Acrobat 9 keeps coming up saying it's configuring Acrobat 9 or sometimes it says Installing Acrobat 9. I have re-installed CS3, but it didn't change anything. Windows clean up utility didn't help either. Maybe somebody knows hot to fix it? |

Have you tried installing all Adobe updates?

Then the next thing I would try is completely uninstalling CS3, then use CCleaner and wipe everything clean and then try a brand new install.

I have re-installed CS3, but it didn't change anything. Windows clean up utility didn't help either.

You have to get the Adobe Updater. It is separate from the Adobe CS3 install and stop that from trying to install Reader 9.

Personal opinion, that's all. In my experience, Adobe has only been problematic and caused me grief, ergo: I hate Adobe.
