i want to auto load a couple of programs when i start up my computer (xp home) i know there is the obv 'startup' route in the start menu, but how would i make it load from the the win.ini or the registry?

could someone mabe write me an example using 'c:\windows\x.exe' as the filename...

a quicker way is to add it to a scheduled task when the computer restarts
