You need Acrobat Pro. Open the pdf in word, edit it, then save word as a pdf

i have found some pdf to doc converters but i dont know if they will work, i have also tried to change the .pdf to .doc and word is "trying" to convert it, but i get no result.

you can edit pdf files in Scansoft Paperport

All of the answers you have got here are correct. The only thing that I can add to this disucssion is that if you want to do your PDF eding within a word processor you will need Open Office for this. The word processor, called Text Editior (I still have no idea why they named it that) does an excellent job of editg PDFs.
