[Tula M91-30]

Ok, having a little headache here. Just put together a custom box and I am having trouble with it wanting to shut off any time it feels like it. I am running Win98 SE on it, I Know that SE uses APM whereas the Phonex bios on the ECS K7VTA3 mainboard I have uses ACPI. Is it possible the two are conflicting and causeing this irritation? I could have my turn off temp set too low, but I dont think so, is there a freeware win9x program that monitors CPU temp available? Thanks ahead of time for any assistence.
