Hello,

You are in the right area. That spot in the control panel is where you change the language. As lonng as you have the english language pack installed.

Cheers ,,

Hello,

It would be in your Windows Update if it was available. Most of the language packs are offered as a Ultimate Extra. So if you do not have Ultimate you might not be able to get it.

Search Results

Your best bet is to search around and find out how to get it and install it.

Cheers,
Mak

But it's XP, not Vista, hence the title.

Try reinstalling the English version of service pack 3 over it. If that doesn't work, you'll have to reinstall XP and make sure to choose English.
