I plan to reinstall my Win XP SP2. I don't want to have to search for some of the device drivers on the net after performing the above.

1. Is it possible to save them first?
2. Where are they located?
3. Is there any special procedure I need to follow in doing this?

Things can get complicated. I don't even know if it's possible to save them, so I'm going to say no. I may be wrong. I personally think that it shouldn't be that big of a hassle.

it looks like its for driver backups. if you back it up then you could load it again from another drive maybe? it seems possible but redownloading the drivers would get you driver updates that would be better.....
