Have you uninstalled it, removed all the profile information about it and then reinstalled it?

Also why is this in hardware? This is no where near a hardware issue. If you posted this here to get more attention for the topic it will be deleted on site. Post in the right area.

Apparently you dont know of Firefox Bookmark synchronizer which can also save passwords.....
