Question 64 bit Win Xp?!?

Does anyone know when the 64 bit edition of windows xp is coming out. Also what are the advantages going to be over the 32 bit.
Thanks

i think 2005. If u have a 64bit CPU like the AMD64, Intel Itanium or AMD operon it processed twice the amount of data per clock cycle

it is out already. Windows 64-BIT edition.

problem is that, you'll have only windows as 64-BIT, not others, at the max you'll get MSN or small softwares turned out sa 64-BIT versions. so you cannot achieve 100% benefit.

there isnt any much price difference in 64-BIT and 32-BIT Windows XP.
