JB Rekit is on a distinguished road

Default Will the hard drive fit?

I've got a hp Pavilion zd7000 model DN730AV.

I would like to replace my:
60GB Ultra ATA/100 EIDE hard drive - 7,200 RPM, 2.5-inch form factor, 1.0-inch height

So my question is, will any ATA/100 7200 rpm 2.5" hard drive fit or are there other things I am not considering?

Any recommendation on which replacement to get?

Thanks,

John

Default Re: Will the hard drive fit?

Yes, it should work. There may be a little adapter plug on the end of your existing drive that you may have to pull off/place on the pins of the new drive, however.
