Default UrgentSOS, HP cannot boot

HI,
last week my laptop got " security tool" trojan , i used hojackthis and other softwares get rid of it . Afterh the trojan is gone - the laptop works fine for a few day. ... then today when i start my computer, it goes to the boot screen, then blue screen for 1 second, then restart ... same routine infinately... I cannot used the last know good configuration.

Is it the BIOS battery gone ? or the windwos oS file is missing ?
please help

Does it show the windows logo? if it does before BSoDing, then i would say the OS is corrupted.
Otherwise, it might be a ram module.

it shows the windows logo a few second before the blue screen... I can't even see the blue screen - then it restarts.
I believe the OS is corrupts too . how to fix it ? or have to reformat?
