my ex used my laptop for a while, and he must have been getting porn form it, now it says when i start up, you have an unpaid bill, it then gives details to pay a monthly subscription, it then stays on for ten minutes and wont go away, if you close it down it come back again in about 30 seconds and the ten mins starts again.

any idea how to get rid of it,
