My laptop at random will give me letters and dots and colors across the screen. I power down hard and restart and issue does not happen for a while. I test Ram with UBD and everything tests fine. Not an Display issue or Video card issue looked into that. Any Ideas?

How are your CPU/GPU temperatures? Try uninstalling the video driver and reinstalling with the latest driver.
