I haven't tried it per say, if you Google it you could find some stuff, but theres a chance that the video card maybe soldered on

Well I think you should add the NVIDIA Quadro NVD 140M on it and maybe the FX because Lenovo Thinkpad T61 models offer those and alot of folks are buying those for gaming as well as Vostros etc. I have a T61 on order with a 140M in it so ....
