Default Laptop CPU question; AMD 64 MK-38 or Intel Dual Core?

Hey guys,

General question. I have two options for laptops, one with a AMD64 MK-38 processor, or an Intel Dual Core CPU, which one should I go with? To get a better picture;

AMD 64 MK-38 notebook

Intel Dual Core notebook

This AMD laptop has Vista Basic, while the Intel laptop has Vista Premium. I'm thinking that the Intel laptop is better, but I could use some second opinions.

Thanks.

They are pretty much the same. If you really want premium, go with it.

I always thought AMD's where inferior to Intel's when it came to laptops. Thanks guys. I probably will go with the Intel laptop at this point.

Turion mk-38 is a single core processor.

Of course, intel T2080 would be much better since it is dual core
