|  dial up modem problem error I have a toshiba A20 or A30 satellite running xp home. When I go to dial up, it give an error 633. Open port already in use or not configured properly. Checked the device and it states that it's working properly. Query states that it is not installed properly or configured. Uninstalled the driver and let windows detect on start up and same problem. Just had Hdd crashed and replaced, and recovered with original disk from toshiba. Brought unit home from the shop and still the same problem. Anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this problem?? Do I need a new modem?? If so, How do I take the laptop apart and change the modem? Can you provide a detail procedure? Thanks Jay  |
