| True Techie | Hello I am trying to open the bottom to replace the RAM. Well I have removed the 7 screws but now for some reason I can not open the plate. Is there something else I need to do? It is a new computer. Please let me know ASAP.

| Here's a manual if you don't have one. You shouldn't have to take the whole laptop apart to get to the memory. Page 59 http://static.tigerdirect.ca/pdf/Ace...ebookPC-UG.pdf |
