Default XP themes

I've decided to change from the default XP theme.

Since I'm really don't know much about customizing XP, I'd like to know how to install the theme, and where to get theme's that aren't spyware and adware ridden.

I'm sure you guys would know.

Thanks

I second the vote for WindowBlinds. While it's not free, it is well worth the money.
