X850XTPE overheating

Hello people, im new here.

Anyway ive got a new x850XT pe, now while gaming this reaches temperatures of 89 degrees C !!! Is this normal if so then fine, but it seems a bit hot too me, i have noticed the fans speed doesnt seem to increase as it gets hotter, does anybody know how i can increase the fan speed, ive just downloaded ATI tool 0.24b1, can i do it with this? if so how?
