Hey, i dont know much about comps but in processes i have about 50 processes i dont kno if thats bad but my freinds comp only has about 24 and my comp runs kinda slow could there be a problem???

What percent CPU Usage does the computer idle at? What is the PF usage? How much CPU is system idle process using under the Processes tab?
