Default Weird problem, Help me please !

After I moved, my computer began to start without display.

However, it still load into window because I hear the window

music. And the only way I can have display is to keep on

restarting the computer until it has display. At first, I thought it is

my graphic card, so I pulled it out and tried it on another

computer. But, it turned out fine. Can anyone tell me what are

the possible problem? Thanks alot!

Hsiaog118,

Well if aint your card, then the problem lies with the monitor. I had similar problem where my display appear really slow [display after 10 mins or 15 from boot time or sometimes after several restarts] .Found that the problem lied with the monitor.[its like you have to first heat your monitor up to fire up the display]

maybe a probelm with your AGP slot, there could be little else if it goes into windows and the graphics and monitor work on other comps... perhaps your PSU isnt up to par(but you said it always worked before)... maybe the mobo got damaged in moving.

Cool "You cannot resist the power of his Pack!..."

It could also mean your PSU isn't giving enough power to your preferals. If your computer's PCI and other ports are completeley filled, that means you need to turn your PSU UP. (I mean the little switch in the back of the Power Supply that says: "110 W" )
