Sound Car Output

I have a sound blaster live 24-bit sound card which uses four outputs (blue, green, black, red) right now i have a 5.1 speaker setup which uses the green, black and red ports but i was just wondering what i would need to get/do in order to convert that output to two basic audio plugs(red and white) like the ones used for video games consoles n shat. Any help would be great.
