software? or hardware?

hey guys i just put on a motherboard last week called abit vt7 and when i installed it its giving me problems... like my games fps are 20-40... there choppy is it a software issue or wat? cuz be4 on my old motherboard none of this happend when i put the abit vt7 on problems started so is this a software issue or is it my motherboard?

Im guessing you didnt reinstall windows?

yes i did i reinstalled wnidows and configured the bios.. after the problems started i reforamted 3 times and the same problems.. again and again

Have you installed the chipset drivers (North Bridge & South Bridge)?
