I'm building a cheap computer for my mom so she can get off of her old 500mhz celeron running WIN ME. Which processor would perform better, a Sempron 2200+ or a Celeron 1.8ghz?
They will run approximatly the same speed. It just goes to which company you like better, Intel or AMD.
