Default Recommended Motherboards?

So now that it seems I have to get a Petinum 4, what motherboard is recommended to be able to handle it say to run something like Avid Express Pro or Premiere?

It depends, do you need onboard video or audio? Do you use an AGP or PCI-E video card. Do you use IDE or SATA harddrives ? Give us your system specs so we can get a better idea of what you need.

With this board in mind, what other things would you add to it?
