| I'm a tech newbie looking for comprehensive hardware coverage in book form. I searched Amazon and found quite a few possibilities, and I'd like to compare those with your choices. What is your favorite book on computer hardware? Why? Thanks. UB |

| if you want something faily in-depth, I would consider the newest guide for the A+ Certification. several companies make them, the Sybex one is probably the best.
